Liberation-Centered ADHD Coaching

You’ve spent your whole life trying to fit into a world that wasn’t built for your brain.

What if you stopped trying to fit — and started becoming fully yourself instead?

This is a space for adults and young adults with ADHD who are done with the strategies that don’t work, the shame that won’t quit, and the exhausting performance of trying to be normal.

Sound familiar?

You work twice as hard as everyone around you — and still feel like you’re falling behind.

You’ve tried the planners, the apps, the productivity hacks, the therapy. Some of it helps. None of it quite touches the root of it.

Because the root isn’t a strategy problem. It’s a story problem.

The story that your brain is broken. That you’re lazy, scattered, too much, not enough. That if you could just try harder, focus more, get it together — maybe you’d finally feel okay.

That story was never true.

And unlearning it? That’s where everything starts to shift.

Golden morning light streaming through trees in a quiet forest.

This isn’t about fixing you

It’s about freeing you.

Your ADHD brain isn’t a deficit. It’s a different — and in many ways extraordinary — way of moving through the world. Creative. Passionate. Deeply feeling. Visionary. Resilient beyond measure.

The problem was never your brain. The problem was a world with a limited imagination about what brilliant looks like.

Here you’ll find support, community, tools, and experiences designed specifically for adults and young adults with ADHD — especially those from marginalized communities who have been navigating systems that were never built to hold all of who they are.

This is liberation-centered work. Rooted in neurodiversity, racial justice, and the radical belief that you get to be exactly who you are.

Who this is for

You’re in the right place if…

  • You’re an adult with ADHD who is exhausted, burned out, and ready for something deeper than strategies and productivity tips.
  • You’re a college student with ADHD who wants to thrive academically without sacrificing your social life or your sanity.
  • You’re late-diagnosed and still figuring out what that means for your life, your relationships, and your sense of self.
  • You’re from a marginalized community and you’re tired of support spaces that don’t understand your full experience.
  • You’re ready to stop abandoning yourself and start becoming who you actually are.

Hi, I’m Misty

Someone who knows what it costs to spend decades trying to be normal.

I’m a licensed clinical social worker, ADHD coach, and late-diagnosed adult with ADHD. I know what it feels like to spend years believing that something about you needed to be corrected.

I built this space because I also know what becomes possible when people with ADHD finally stop fighting themselves. I’ve lived it. I’ve watched it happen in the people I work with. And I want it for you.
