12-Week ADHD Group Coaching
You’ve spent years trying to fix yourself.
What if the real work was never about fixing at all?
About the program
A different kind of support. For a different kind of journey.
This is not a productivity program. It is not a skills workshop. And it is definitely not another space that starts from the assumption that something about you needs to be corrected.
The 12-Week ADHD Group Coaching Program is a liberatory group coaching experience for adults with ADHD who are ready to go beyond strategies and get to the root of things. It is built for people who have already tried the therapy, the medication, the planners, and the hacks, and who know that something more fundamental needs to shift.
What makes this different isn’t that it goes deeper. It’s that it’s specifically attuned to the ADHD experience.
This program is designed for late-diagnosed adults with ADHD who are exhausted from performing competence, navigating ADHD anxiety that hasn’t fully responded to other supports, and living at the edge of burnout. It’s congruent with how your brain actually works, and grounded in a liberatory framework that approaches your ADHD not as a problem to be managed, but as a core part of who you are.
Sessions are held weekly in a small, intimate group setting, with co-working sessions, buddy teams, a full workbook, and a graduation ceremony to mark how far you’ve come.
The arc of the work
Five phases of intentional, community-centered work.
Over 12 weeks you’ll move through five phases, and leave with a complete personal Roadmap to Success, built by you, for you, across the full arc of the program.
Healing & building resilience
Tending to what’s been carried, and growing the inner steadiness the rest of the work rests on.
Embracing your authentic self
Meeting your brain, and yourself, without the lens of deficit. Coming home to who you already are.
Developing goals rooted in your real values
Not borrowed goals or shoulds. Direction that actually belongs to you.
Deepening self-knowledge & attunement
Learning the texture of your own attention, energy, and needs, and how to work with them.
Moving into action from clarity, not shame
Taking real steps from a grounded place, and carrying your Roadmap to Success into the life beyond the program.
Is this for you?
This program is for you if…
- You’re a late-diagnosed adult with ADHD still figuring out what that diagnosis means for your life, your relationships, and your sense of self
- You’re accomplished and capable, but exhausted from the gap between your potential and what you can actually access right now
- The anxiety has become unbearable, the burnout is real, and other supports haven’t quite touched the ADHD-specific root of it
- You want something specifically attuned to your ADHD needs, congruent with how your brain works, and grounded in a new way of approaching yourself
- You want community with people who truly understand your experience, not just sympathy from people who don’t
- You’re from a marginalized community and you’re tired of support spaces that don’t see your full picture
- You’re ready to stop abandoning yourself and start becoming who you actually are
